Reservations are not required for Daycare and Boarding at The Houndry. We do however recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. All dogs must pass a temperament test and have a completed Application and signed Daycare and Boarding Owner Agreement along with proof of current vaccinations from your veterinarian on file before participating in Daycare and Boarding. Forms can be submitted to The Houndry via fax at 773-281-4600, in person, or by mail.
All boarding reservations must be secured by credit card.
No Show and Cancellation Policy: Non-Holiday Boarding Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. No Shows/Cancellations after this period may be charged 50% of their scheduled stay.
Reservations made during Peak Holiday Seasons must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in. No Shows/Cancellations made after this period may be subjected to the full boarding charge.
PROOF OF VACCINATIONS
All dogs that enter into our care must provide proof that they are current with all state-mandated vaccinations or proof of titers.
These include: Rabies, Parvo/Distemper and Bordatella (Kennel Cough).
Dogs six months of age or older must also be neutered/spayed.
Professionally Staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
